Mankato and North Mankato sit where the Minnesota River bends through the bluffs of south central Minnesota. Southern Minnesota storms
South central Minnesota sees frequent severe thunderstorms from late spring through summer, with hail and straight-line winds that can cross wide stretches of open farmland before they reach town. Winters bring snow, wind and freeze-thaw. Rental properties and farm buildings can go a long time between close looks, so a dated record after a storm is especially valuable.

For rental owners, the easiest time to replace a roof or siding is often when units turn over in summer, and we plan scopes and schedules with that in mind so tenants are disturbed as little as possible.
