Minnesota, statewide.
Headquartered in Saint Paul. We work across the state, from the Twin Cities to the farm country of central and west central Minnesota and the North Shore.
Weather that shapes Minnesota roofs
Minnesota asks a lot of a roof. The severe-weather season runs mainly from late spring through summer, when thunderstorms bring hail and straight-line winds, especially across the southern and central parts of the state. Then winter brings heavy snow, long stretches below freezing and repeated freeze-thaw cycles that drive ice dams at the eaves. A roof here has to handle both, which is why we pay as much attention to ice and water protection, flashing and attic ventilation as we do to the shingles themselves.
What we see on Minnesota buildings
Asphalt shingles cover most homes in the state, from early-1900s houses in the older city neighborhoods to post-war ramblers and newer subdivisions. Older homes often carry more than one layer, original wood details and steep, cut-up roofs. Commercial buildings lean toward low-slope membranes such as EPDM, TPO and modified bitumen, and rural properties add steel-roofed pole buildings, machine sheds and barns, where one storm can touch several structures on a single site.
How we work here
Every job starts the same way: a walk of the whole building, documented with photos and measurements, before anyone talks about price. The quote comes out of that record, and the record is yours whether or not you hire us. If a storm is involved and you choose to file a claim, we work with your adjuster at your request. We never pay, absorb, rebate or waive any part of a deductible; Minnesota law prohibits it (Minn. Stat. § 325E.66).
Aaron’s family has been in the Sauk Centre area for more than thirty years, so central Minnesota is home ground as well as the Twin Cities.
